Our recommendations

Note: Alerts are sent via a CRON task that must be properly configured for the module to work correctly. Ensure the CRON job runs regularly, preferably hourly. For SMS alerts, you need a Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) account and must properly configure your Brevo API key in the module.

Installation steps

Install the module

Go to the "Modules and Services" section of your PrestaShop admin panel.

Click on "Upload a module" and select the module’s ZIP archive. The module will now appear in the installed modules list and be functional.

Activate and configure the module

Go to the module configuration page. Activate the module. Set the minimum accepted number of orders.

Configure order monitoring schedules. Enter the email addresses to receive alerts. Select the days of the week for receiving alerts.

Configure SMS alerts

Enable Brevo SMS alerts (formerly Sendinblue).

Enter your Brevo API key.

Set the phone number for sending SMS alerts.

Set up the CRON job

The CRON URL is provided at the top of the module configuration page after installation. We recommend scheduling the CRON to run every hour.

Example CRON command: rust 0 * * * * wget -q -O - 'http://your-prestashop-url/module/your-module-name/cron' Replace your-prestashop-url with your store URL and your-module-name with the module name.

Verify

If everything is correctly configured, the email addresses and phone number entered in the module settings will receive alerts according to the defined parameters.
